Cigarette Toughness
Alan and Paula reported seeing a man riding a bike, no hands, with cigarette in one hand and flashlight in the other. The question is, what would he have done if his cell phone started ringing– ditch the cigarette or the flashlight? Tough call.
I spent the day hiking and digging out in the field. It was perhaps a bit warm for hiking with a 50 lb pack in the low deserts of Tucson. But I enjoyed it nonetheless. Any time I can call exercise “research” is good. It’s been a while since I’ve carried a heavy pack; my shoulders went into hoytsville after about 5 seconds. Once again the Sanyo blimp flew overhead a number of times. Digging at TMP just wouldn’t be the same without the Sanyo blimp.
We have a couple of guests at our house from the speed bikes team. They are in town for TBC this weekend. Speaking of speed bikes, the new site is up.
