Spring Break has begun which means I’m accomplishing nothing. As it should be. WC3, Zelda Four Sword, etc.

A brave racer lost his life at the Tucson Bicycle Classic this weekend. My friends from Speed Bikes told me about it, then later I read more. Today someone asked my opinion on the matter. Many have commented that the road should have been closed during the race. I agree, but submit that the road should be closed permanently. Rip it up, turn it to dirt and give it back to the desert, say I. It’s the only way to ensure that no one else gets hit by a car on this dangerous road.

Yesterday - I swung a macleod on a new trail in Marana near Heritage Highlands active adult resort community deluxe where Life Really Is This Good (TM). The place is nearly enough to make one ill. The only thing worse than driving all the way out there is getting there.

Luckily the trail is outside the “complex” and it was a rather nice morning (cloudy and cool).

Hottie won the Desert Dash and Dart (also at the Highlands) with no contest and turned in a good time for the hilly course. She’s picking things up!
