What's the difference between this forum and the General Support forum?

I guess not too much - we probably ought to close the general support forum, or move it down/out, because it's the only one that needs to be moderated.

For whatever reason, the bots only hit that forum (it has the most posts).

The original idea was that general support was for issues and problems, and feedback was for, well, ideas and such or tweaks to the program, that kind of thing.
